At Brenshaw Corporation, fine custom homebuilders, we specialize in construction of distinctive custom homes and both functional and one-of-a-kind residential renovations.
Established in 1999 by founder David, “Dave,” Wilkinson, who credits our success to our core group of fine carpenters and industry tradespeople, including his brother Brian, who serves as a hands-on Job Superintendent/Project Manager. We round out our own dedicated and talented crew with skilled trusted sub-contractors, each specializing in their field, from excavation to custom millwork, to bespoke kitchen design, to custom and unique flooring installations, and more.
For custom home construction projects we collaborate closely with the client, their architects, and designers to bring each home project to life. While some builders prefer to build basic structures that in many ways look similar, we welcome the opportunity of a challenging site or especially unique build. Dave says, “The result is a truly custom, one-of-a-kind home that resonates deeply with each client."
Dave Wilkinson and his brother, Brian Wilkinson, take great pride in the close relationships they develop with each client. At Brenshaw we are personally involved in the project from our first meeting. Daily direction and project supervision is done by Dave or Brian during all phases of construction.

In his early career Dave worked as a residential remodeler with a specialty in finish carpentry. An auspicious opportunity led him to launch his company, Brenshaw Corporation, in 1999.
While we will entertain most any project, what attracts him to residential construction is that custom building presents opportunities to imagine a distinctive home with the client that is uniquely their vision.

Brian has been with Brenshaw Corporation since its founding in 1999.
An integral part of every custom home build and major renovation project, Brian is the company’s most involved team member. His attention to all the fine details of project completions is seamless.
